We are generally exempt from the Privacy Act when collecting and managing employee records ( including personal and health information).
Personal information means the information provided by you from the beginning to the end of the matter; including your full name, contact details, resident status, marital status, financial information, and any related documents that are required to perform the works in the Consulting Agreement.

We only retain your information throughout the time of performing our services. All of your personal information will be discarded as of the date of completion stated in the Consultant Agreement. During the course of dealing, we will preserve your data within business admissible manners to prevent it from cybercrime and unsanctioned conduct.

If you have a complaint about how your private information is managed, please contact us via the contact details listed below, we will in our best endeavor to address your concern and take all necessary steps to resolve the issue within 7 days.
If your complaint cannot be resolved within 7 days, we will ask you to complete the Privacy Complaint Form which sets out the details about the matter you are complaining about and how your privacy has allegedly been breached, and your desire outcome.
We will attempt to acknowledge receipt of the Privacy Complaint Form within 7 business days and initiate the investigation about the matter. The investigation includes but is not limited to contact you and relevant people/ corporate bodies to clarify the fact, collect and review ancillary documentation.
In a normal course, we expect to have a response to you after the investigation within 30 days from the date of receipt of the Privacy Complaint Form. Should the process take longer than anticipated, we will advise you in writing.
If you are not satisfied with our solution, you can refer your complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or in some cases, other regulatory bodies.
